在产教融合视域下,以高职院校数控技术专业为例,改革人才培养模式:构建专业核心课程体系;与"1+X证书"制度相结合,实现课证融通;引入"双导师制";创新考核评价方式,以进一步提高人才培养质量,满足社会对数控技术专业人才的需求.
This study centers on numerical control technology major in the context of integrated pro-duction and education in vocational colleges.The writer argues for building a professional core curriculum,combining with the"1+X certificate"mode,integration of classroom teaching and certificates,introduction of"dual tutorial system"and innovative assessment.The purpose is to enhance the education-al quality and meet the social demand for professionals with numerical control technology.
