教育治理是国家治理现代化的基础支点.职业教育与经济社会发展紧密相连,职业教育治理需要学校内部治理、政府与社会外部治理紧密结合.新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》为职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化赋予全生命周期价值意蕴,体现为系统性、层次性、开放性、动态性.高职院校全生命周期治理应以全域观、全员观、全程观、全效观、全息观、全时观为实践逻辑,以党建引领、共治为基、制治为本、数治为先、优治为径,完善高职院校全生命周期治理体系.
Since educational governance is the basic sector of the national modernized governance,vo-cational education is closely correlated with economic and social development,and its governance requires the combination of internal and external governance of colleges,government and society.The revised vo-cational educational law adds whole life-cycle value to the vocational education governance which systemic,hierarchical,open and dynamic.The whole life-cycle governance of vocational colleges should be based on the logic with multi-domain,multiple stakeholders,whole process,full effectiveness,digitalization,and lifelong education.
