A dynamic adjustment of professional construction and industrial development in vocational colleges
Professional construction and regional industrial development are complementary in impacts on students'employment and social talents.Curriculum with dynamic adjustment ensures higher vocational education to adapt to market demands.This paper is intended to establish a dynamic adjustment mecha-nism of professional or curricular construction,meet the needs of regional industrial clusters,and promote the development of high-level professionals.The countermeasures include strengthening the position of vo-cational colleges and creating professional characteristics,in addition to adjustment of the governmental macro-control mode,scientific certification,and misplaced development.
