随着"中国制造2025"的提出,智能制造人才需求 日益增加,教育部发文支持校企以"典型生产实践项目"为基础,对人才进行联合培养.本文以石家庄职业技术学院与北京优锘科技股份有限公司共同合作的"智能制造数字孪生规划设计平台开发与应用"项目为典型生产实践项目,从制定针对具体问题的管理办法及实施方案、共同制定工学交替的人才培养方案、联合打造生产实训中心,开发课程资源,共建项目促进"双师"型教师素质提升和创新考核评价标准和评价体系方面对这种校企合作方式进行探索.
The motto of Made in China 2025 demands for intelligent manufacturing talents,and the Ministry of Education echoes with positive claims for school-business collaboration based on projects.The writer of this paper takes the project of development and application of intelligent manufacturing digital twin planning and design platform jointly developed by Shijiazhuang College of Applied Technology and Beijing Uinnova Technology Limited Company as a case study.Both parties jointly formulate management methods and implementation plans for engineering and academia,setting up a training center with curricu-lum,and building a teaching team with dual teachers for quality control and innovated assessment.
