摘要
高等院校要努力培养时代新人,落实"立德树人"根本任务."三个务必"重要论断对于培养新时代社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要价值.在思想引领、品格塑造和行动激励等方面,基于"三个务必"培育"时代新人",以思想为引领,筑牢"时代新人"精神之魂;打造高素质教师队伍,发挥教师的关键作用;营造浓厚的校园文化育人氛围;推进实践载体建设,助力"时代新人"健康成长.
Abstract
Colleges are committed to competent education of performing their fundamental mission of fostering virtue,which is of great value for cultivating socialist builders and successors in the new era.Meanwhile,this paper offers pertinent proposals in ideological guidance,character shaping and action mo-tivation.In addition,a high-quality teaching team need to be built,and a strong campus culture estab-lished and optimized.
