装配式建筑构件组合单元碳排放分析研究

以LZPC建筑体系为例,选取了 4种组合单元,统计了构件类型和数量,结合原材料的碳足迹因子,计算了不同混凝土强度等级下的碳排放总量,并分析了变化规律,拟合了单位面积碳排放量与组合单元所围面积的线性方程式。结果表明:混凝土强度等级越高,碳排放总量越大;组合单元所围面积越大,碳排放总量越大;组合单元所围面积越大,单位面积碳排放量越小,且两者呈负相关关系。
On the carbon emission of the prefabricated building combination unit
The writer of this paper studies 4 units of the LZPC system,whose types and numbers are counted.And combined with carbon footprint factor of raw materials,total carbon emissions of different levels of concrete strength are calculated,and changes analyzed.Besides,linear equation is fitted between carbon emissions per unit area and the area enclosed by the composite units.Results show that the higher the concrete strength grade is,the greater the total carbon emission.The larger the area of the combined unit,the larger the total carbon emission.The larger the area of the combined unit,the smaller the carbon emission per unit area,and the two are negatively correlated.
