无损检测技术在建筑工程质量检测中的应用

常规建筑质量检测中,结构强度、裂缝、缺陷及钢筋的检测以取样法为主,而取样法会对混凝土结构造成局部损伤。在石家庄市的文化休闲园项目中,利用三维扫描逆向建模技术真实复刻建筑物结构表面,实现了建筑物外观毫米级精度检测;依托电磁感应技术,对建筑物内部钢筋进行了可视化透析,得到了建筑物内部钢筋的直径、间距及保护层厚度;利用超声波回弹综合法检测了混凝土强度等级;通过向建筑物内部发射冲击波,采集波形并进行解析,判定建筑物内部是否存在缺陷以及建筑物表面裂缝在建筑物内部的深度值。
Application of nondestructive testing technology in building quality inspection
In the inspection building quality,conventional sampling detects structural strength,cracks,defects and reinforcement,and it causes local damages to the concrete structure.In a park project in Shijiazhuang,the 3D scanning reverse modeling is used to reproduce the structure surface of the build-ing,and millimeter-scale precision measurement appearance is realized.And based on the electromagnetic induction,visual dialysis of steel bars in the building is carried out,with diameter,spacing and protective layer thickness of steel bars being judged.Concrete strength grade is tested by ultrasonic rebound,and by launching the shock wave into the building and collecting the wave forms,we judge whether there are de-fects and depth of any cracks on the building surface.
