A quantitative study is done with a questionnaire about integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in Hebei province.It is found that school-enter-prise policies are hard to implement;the value identifications vary from college to college,and professional quality and requirements enterprises do not match.So,strategies are discussed for deepening the integra-tion of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,that include strengthening of policy im-plementations,developing innovative mechanisms for cooperation,pursuing extensive value identifica-tions,matchmaking of positions and requirements,reinforcing professional qualities,school-enterprise ad-vantages.
