On the protection of consumers'rights and interests in the anti-unfair competition law
The anti-unfair competition law of China regulates unfair competition behaviors,and pro-vides a legal basis for business operators and consumers to protect their rights and interests.Despite the lawful protection,there are still such issues as limited effectiveness of general provisions,lack of legal remedies,and imperfect legal liability systems.In order to better protect consumers'rights and interests,it is necessary to improve general provisions,increase channels for protecting consumers'rights and inter-ests,and improve relevant provisions on legal liability.
