The writers of this paper disclose deficiencies of state-owned power enterprises in perform-ance management,i.e.,outdated and monotonous conception.Besides,the management is isolated from employees.In view of this,countermeasures are put forward that include creation of a traction mecha-nism,establishment of an organizational security system,and strengthening the incentive mechanism,op-timization of the assessment to ensure that income can either increase or decrease.Competition mechanism should be constructed,and a leading team built.Employees may get either promotion or demotion.
