积极老龄化视角下老年教育发展的困境与策略探究——以石家庄市为例

大力发展老年教育,是解决我国人口老龄化问题的主要思路。石家庄市老年教育发展存在一些困境:基于城乡二元体制的供给失衡;多元办学主体欠缺且发展不均衡;课程设置单一,不能满足老年教育多元化需求;师资队伍建设欠完善与老年教育高质量发展的矛盾等。因此,提出积极老龄化视角下石家庄市老年教育的发展策略:打破部门藩篱,创新老年教育体制机制建设;整合各方资源,促进老年教育学习资源库建设;激发市场活力,引导老年教育多元主体参与;创新特色发展,推动老年教育学习品牌打造;做好师资培训,创新老年教育专业队伍建设。
Approach to development of elderly education from the perspective of active aging
Vigorously developing education for the elderly is the main idea to solve the problem of ag-ing population in China.The writer discusses dilemmas in the development of education for the elderly in Shijiazhuang,supply imbalance,lack of subjects,monotonous curriculum,and contradiction between the imperfect teachers and high-quality development.So,the paper proposes strategies of breaking departmen-tal barriers and innovating the education system for the elderly,integrating resources to promote the re-source pool,stimulating market vitality and guiding the participation of diversified subjects,innovating characteristic development and promoting the building of learning brand,doing a good job in teacher train-ing and creating the construction of professional team for education for the elderly.
