摘要

产教融合是高等职业教育培养人才的基本思路和重要手段,构建产教融合共同体有助于推动高等职业教育高质量高水平发展.产教融合共同体建设契合新时代高等职业教育人才培养要求,有助于推动地方政府、职业院校和行业企业等主体建立有效联结,实现高等职业教育资源、主体、内容等方面更高层次和更大范围上的融合与贯通,我国的产教融合共同体建设发展的同时也面临着发展困境,建议进一步加强对产教融合共同体建设的政策引导;优化人才培养过程,实现校企共赢;努力完善产教融合共同体运行机制.

Abstract

The school and business integration is a basic idea and important means of higher vocational education,and building an integrative community can ensure its high-quality and high-level develop-ment.The community is committed to meeting the requirements for establishment of links between local governments,vocational colleges and enterprises.This helps achieve higher level and larger scale integra-tion of higher vocational education resources,subjects and contents.More efforts should be made to fur-ther strengthen policy,optimize the process of talent cultivation,and improve mechanisms to establish school-business integration community.
