高职院校学生学习内驱力的提升策略

摘要
基于高职学生学习内驱力的问卷调查结果,结合奥苏贝尔的内驱力观点,系统分析当前高职学生学习内驱力的现状.发现高职学生的学习内驱力具体表现为认知内驱力低,自我提高内驱力较低以及附属内驱力较高,进一步识别出对应的重要因素,并分析其影响因素,提出高职学生学习内驱力的提升策略:加强学生对专业前景教育和学习目的的认知,提高认知内驱力;增强学生自信心,激发自我提高内驱力;重塑学生价值观,调整附属内驱力;优化学校学习氛围和学习环境;对不同年级学生实施差异化提升对策.
Abstract
This survey,based on a questionnaire and combined with Ausubel's theory of motivation,analyzes the data and vocational college students'learning motivation.It is found that vocational college students exhibit low cognitive drive,low self-improvement drive,but a high accessory drive.The corre-sponding factors are further identified and their influencing mechanisms analyzed.On this basis,the writer of this paper proposes strategies to enhance the learning motivation of vocational college students in under-standing of profession,and reshaping values,
