Building of team for political teaching in vocational colleges
The team building for political teaching is very important for the moral education in voca-tional colleges in the new era.In spite of the success achieved in organization,management,training,scale and supportive system,an overall weakness is still apparent in the full-time teachers,training levels and management of the part-time teachers.On this basis,the writer proposes that political teachers be pragmatic and enterprising,open and inclusive,with recruitment fair and standardized,while the part-time teachers be supervised with a top-level designing and a long-term mechanism.
