军民融合背景下高校国防教育的创新

摘要
军民融合深度发展是富国强军之举,是推动国防和军队现代化的重要支撑,也是服务经济社会发展的战略决策.军民融合在世界多国都呈现出不断深化的趋势.我国将军民融合提升为国家战略,提出了全要素、多领域、高效益的军民深度融合发展方向,明确了"六大体系"建设目标,强调巩固提高一体化国家战略体系和能力.军民融合与高校国防教育存在逻辑、目标、内容上的契合性.高校国防教育需要适应军民融合发展的新要求,在以往国防教育的基础上,推进对象、主体、内容、路径等方面的创新.
Abstract
The military civilian integration is intended to enrich a country,strengthen the military,and promote national defense and military modernization,which is a strategic decision to serve economic and social development.The integration shows a trend in many countries,while that in China has been el-evated to a national strategy,demanding a deep integration with all elements,in multiple fields,and high efficiency in construction goals of"six major systems",and emphasizing consolidation of the integrated na-tional strategic system and capabilities.The university education of national defense should adapt to new requirements and an innovative teaching reform.
