细晶粒氧化镁陶瓷的制备方法主要有无压烧结、热压烧结、热等静压烧结、微波烧结和放电等离子体烧结等,分析了各种烧结工艺的条件及优缺点.细晶粒氧化镁陶瓷主要应用于红外透明窗口材料、陶瓷微滤膜吸附废水污染物、泡沫陶瓷和抗菌陶瓷等.
Abstract
The main preparation methods of fine grain MgO ceramics include varied types of sintering with non-pressure,hot-pressure,hot isostatic,microwave and spark plasma.Conditions,advantages of sintering processes are analyzed.Fine grain MgO ceramics are mainly used in infrared transparent window materials,ceramic microfiltration membranes to adsorb wastewater pollutants,foam ceramics and antibac-terial ceramics.
