The management of archives is gradually turning to application of advanced technologies of big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence that have improved the data processing of information digitized and online.By the same token,security of data is under threat in leakage,illegal access and tam-pering of information.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed to deal with the protection of data securi-ty against threats that may arise in management.Mechanisms are to be established in regular auditing,ad-vanced data encryption technology,and effective data access controls,in addition to enhancing employees'awareness of data security.
