A strategic account of the building of teaching teams in vocational colleges
Based on a study of the annual quality report of 32 vocational universities in 2023,the writer of this paper has found out that the teachers have usually grown in diploma,teacher-student ratio im-proved,dual-qualities strengthened and building of teaching teams become more effective.Meanwhile,shortcomings are pointed out that the teaching quality varies in regions.High-level industries face challen-ges of leadership.Therefore,strategies are put forward that colleges adhere to development of virtues and competence,improvement of quality and quantity,full-time and part-time of teachers.Appraisal system of incentives should be established.
