利用叶片挤出机制备回收PC/回收ABS共混材料,研究叶片挤出机的加工特性对共混体系的作用,分析了苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物(SMA-700)、苯乙烯/丙烯腈/马来酸酐三元共聚物(SM A-800)以及ABS接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)这3种相容剂对共混物的力学性能、耐热性、熔体指数及形态结构的影响.结果表明:叶片挤出机能有效促进回收ABS相在回收PC基体中的细化分散,适当用量的相容剂能有效提高共混体系的相容性,增强界面粘结力,SMA-700、SMA-800和ABS-g-MAH添加量分别为6%、2%、6%时共混体系的综合性能最佳.
Properties and Structure of Recycled PC/Recycled ABS Blend System
Processed recycled PC and recycled ABS blended by vane extruder,analyzed the processing character of vane extruder and its impact on blends.The influence of three compatilizers to the compatibility, mechanical properties, thermal transition temperature, melt flow rate and morphological structure of recycled PC and recycled ABS blend was studied,including styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA-700),styrene/acrylonitrile/maleic anhydride terpolymer (SMA-800) and grafting maleic anhydride ABS (ABS-g-MAH).The results showed that the vane extruder made the recycled ABS phase dispersed more uniformly and the compatibility of blend systems was improved by three compatilizers.Meanwhile,the interfacial adhesion and the properties of the blend systems were enhanced.The optimum content of three compatilizers in blend were 6 % 、2 % 、6 % respectively.
