研究了镁铝水滑石的制备和微波改性工艺,通过正交实验考察了改性温度、改性时间、钛酸酯用量等因素对活化指数的影响,钛酸酯改性镁铝水滑石的最佳条件为:钛酸酯用量为5%,改性温度为75℃,改性时间为30 min.并对改性前后的镁铝水滑石添加至PVC中进行了性能测试.实验结果表明:镁铝水滑石能改善PVC的热稳定性,加工性能,阻燃消烟作用明显,改性后的镁铝水滑石性能更优.
Preparation and Modification of Mg-Al-Hydrotalcite
The preparation and microwave modification of Mg-Al-hydrotalcite were studied.The effect of modification temperature,modification time,titanate dosage etc factors on the activation index were investigated through orthogonal experiment.The optimum conditions for modification include titanate dosage of 5 %,modification temperature of 75 ℃,modification time of 30 min.The performance test were carried out which pre and post modification of Mg-Al-hydrotalcite added to PVC.Experimental result showed that Mg-Al-hydrotalcite could improve the thermal stability and processing property of PVC,modified Mg-Al-hydrotalcite had a better performance with obvious fire retardation and smoke suppression effects.
