研究了新型生物基聚酯的原料——2,5-呋喃二甲酸的制备.以生物基的5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)为原料,在碱性条件下,用高锰酸钾氧化法制备2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA).经过系统地反应条件对比实验,得到的反应条件优化结果为:NaOH溶液浓度为1.7 mol/L,n(高锰酸钾):n(5-羟甲基糠醛)=2.4:1,反应时间40 min,反应温度25℃,可使2,5-呋喃二甲酸的收率达到54.65%,纯度达99.5%.
Abstract
2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) as a new bio-based polyester raw material was prepared with 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF).After systematical experiments,the optimized reaction conditions were:the concentration of NaOH solution was 1.7 mol/L,n(potassium permanganate)/n (5-hydroxymethylfurfural) =2.4/1,the reaction time was 40 min,the reaction temperature was 25 ℃,the 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid yield was 54.65 % and the purity was 99.5 %.
