利用生物基原料制备甘油钙热稳定剂及其在PVC制品中的应用

利用氢氧化钙和生物基原料甘油合成了甘油钙(CaGly),并且与硬脂酸锌和l,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(DMAU)复配,通过静态热老化法、刚果红法、电导法和热重研究了不同组分热稳定剂在PVC试片中的热稳定效果.结果表明:当CaGly/ZnSt2质量比为1.33/0.67,添加0.5%DMAU,PVC制品热稳定效果最好,热稳定时间可以达到72.6 min.热分解表观动力学数据表明:CaGly/ZnSt2体系较CaSt2/ZnSt2体系稳定;CaGly/ZnSt2/DMAU体系较CaGly/ZnSt2体系稳定.
Synthesis of Calcium Glycerolate Heat Stabilizer by Bio-based Materials and Its Application in PVC
Calcium glycerolate(CaGly) was synthesized by calcium hydroxide and biomass feedstocks glycerin,the thermal stability of calcium glycerolate with zinc stearate and 1,3-dimethyl-6-aminouracil(DMAU) for PVC were investigated by static thermal aging,Congo red test,conductivity test and thermogravimetry.The results showed that the best static thermal stability of PVC was obtained when the mass ratio of calcium glycerolate and zinc stearate was 1.33/0.67 with 0.5 % DMAU,and the thermal stabilization time was 72.6 min.The data of apparent kinetics of thermal degradation indicated that CaGly/ZnSt2 system had a better thermal stability than CaSt2/ZnSt2system and CaGly/ZnSt2/DMAU system had a better thermal stability than CaGly/ZnSt2 system.
