摘要
以自主研发的茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)产品mLLDPE-1为目标产品,选择典型的同类进口产品mLLDPE-2,对2种产品的微观结构及产品性能进行对比分析.结果表明:mLLDPE-1与mLLDPE-2相对分子质量及其分布相当,共聚单体在分子链上基本都是孤立存在的,均显示出交替共聚倾向;但mLLDPE-1的共聚单体在分子链上的分布与mLLDPE-2存在差异,这种差异导致mLLDPE-1产品冲击性能优于mLLDPE-2,拉伸性能及撕裂性能略差.
Abstract
Two kinds of metallocene linear low density polyethylene resins with the same type were analysised on the structure and properties.Two resins were independent development products and typical imports products which was named as mLLDPE-1 and mLLDPE-2 respectively.The results showed that the relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution of the two metallocene resins was similar.The comonomers were all isolated on the molecular chain,tend to display alternating copolymerization,but the comonomer distribution was different,which caused mLLDPE-1 showed more excellent impact resistance properties,but the tensile and tear properties was slightly lower than mLLDPE-2.
