PCL/MDI/BDO型聚氨酯弹性体的性能

以聚己内酯二醇(PCL-2000)和4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为原料,通过预聚体法制备了NCO基含量分别为6.0%、6.5%、7.0%、7.5%和8.0%的5种预聚体,用二元醇1,4-丁二醇(BDO)作扩链剂合成浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPUE).考察预聚体NCO基含量和扩链系数对CPUE力学性能的影响;用X射线衍射仪、热失重分析仪和维卡软化点测定仪对材料进行分析表征.结果表明:随着预聚体NCO基含量的增加,CPUE的拉伸强度、硬度、模量和撕裂强度增大,断裂伸长率和冲击弹性下降;当扩链系数f=0.95时,综合力学性能最佳;X射线衍射分析表明,CPUE的结晶性能随着预聚体NCO基含量的增加而下降;热稳定性分析表明,CPUE具有良好的热稳定性,初始分解温度达到320℃;维卡软化点测试结果表明,随着预聚体NCO基含量增加,CPUE的维卡软化点提高,当预聚体NCO=8.0%时,维卡软化点达到164.2℃.
Properties of PCL/MDI/BDO Polyurethane Elastomer
Five types of perpolymers with various ——NCO content from 6.0% to 8.0% were respectively synthesized through two-step method using polycaprolactone (PCL-2000) and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI).And a series of cast polyurethane elastomers (CPUE) were prepared using 1,4-butanediol (BDO) as chain extender.The effects of——NCO content and crosslink coefficient on the properties of the CPUE were analysized by testing mechanical properties,XRD,TGA and vicat softening point.Results showed that,with the increase of——NCO content,hardness,tensile strength and tear strength of the CPUE increased,but impact elasticity and elongation at break decreased.The CPUE got the best mechanical properties when crosslink coefficient was 0.95.The crystalline ability of CPUE decreased with the increase of ——NCO content.Thermal stability analysis showed that CPUE had a good thermal stsbility,and its initial decomposition temperature was 320 ℃.The vicat softening point of CPUE increased with the increase of ——NCO content.When ——NCO content of prepolymer was 8.0%,vicat softening point reached 164.2 ℃.
