以Ca(OH)2、Al(OH)3和Na2CO3为原料,制备复合改性水铝钙石.研究了阴离子型、阳离子型和非离子型表面改性剂对改性水铝钙石基聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的性能影响.通过利用转矩流变仪及静态热老化法研究,结果表明,在阴离子型表面改性剂中,硬脂酸钠的改性效果较好,相应的动态热稳定时间为1 866 s;在非离子型表面改性剂中,司班80的改性效果较好,相应的动态热稳定时间达到1 905 s.阳离子型表面改性剂降低了改性水铝钙石对PVC的热稳定性能.此外,研究了复合改性剂对改性水铝钙石基PVC热稳定剂的性能影响.结果表明,以硬脂酸钠和司班80为复合改性剂,制备的复合改性水铝钙石的粒径相对较小,使其对PVC的热稳定性能优于硬脂酸钠或司班80单一改性的水铝钙石,相应动态热稳定时间达到2 106 s.
Preparation of Composite Modified Hydrocalumite and the Thermal Stability to PVC
The composite modified hydrocalumite was prepared from Ca(OH)2,Al(OH)3 and Na2CO3.The effects of anionic,cationic and non-ionic surface modifiers on the properties of modified hydrocalumite based PVC heat stabilizers were investigated through torque rheometer and static thermal aging method,it was found that sodium stearate and Span 80 had relatively good modification effect among the anionic and non-ionic surface modifiers.The corresponding dynamic thermal stability time reached 1 866 s and 1 905 s,respectively.On the contrary,the cationic surface modifier reduced the thermal stability of modified hydrocalumite to PVC.In addition,the effect of composite modifier on the properties of modified hydrocalumite based PVC heat stabilizer was also investigated.The results showed that the particle size of the composite modified hydrocalumite prepared with sodium stearate and Span 80 as the composite modifier was relatively small,which made its thermal stability to PVC better than that of the single modified hydrocalumite with sodium stearate or Span 80.And the corresponding dynamic thermal stability time reached 2 106 s.
