桐油对聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯紫外光固化树脂性能的影响

摘要
将异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸新戊二醇酯二醇(PNA,Mn=1 000)作为主要原料,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)作为封端剂,制备了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA).将得到的PUA与不同添加量的桐油混合均匀,制备了一系列紫外光固化树脂.利用红外光谱表征了固化过程,测试了紫外光固化膜的硬度、附着力、漆膜耐冲击性能、耐酸碱性、耐醇性和耐水性.结果表明,当桐油的添加量为10%时,光固化树脂的综合性能较好,固化膜硬度达到5 H,附着力为0级,韧性及耐溶剂性较好,树脂表面60.光泽度<20 GU,在玻璃包装涂层中具有较广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
Polyurethane acrylate was prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and polyneopentyl adipate diol(PNA,Mn=1 000)as the main raw materials and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)was used as endcapping agent to prepare urethane acrylate PUA.The obtained PUA was uniformly mixed with different amounts of tung oil to prepare a series of UV-curable resins.The curing process was characterized by infrared spectroscopy;the hardness,adhesion,impact resistance,acid and alkali resistance,alcohol resistance and water resistance of the UV-cured film were tested.The results showed that when the addition amount of tung oil was 10%,the comprehensive performance of the photocurable resin was good,the hardness of the cured film reached 5 H,the adhesion was 0,the toughness was good,the solvent resistance was good,and the 60° gloss of the resin surface was<20 GU.Glass packaging coating had broad application prospects.
