低溶出PVC塑料的制备及性能

摘要
采用环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHCH)与 目前增塑效果相似的环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二异壬酯(DINCH)和邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)增塑得到的PVC制品在力学性能、光学性能、热稳定性能、耐溶剂抽出性能及耐低温性能等方面进行对比.结果表明,与DINCH增塑剂相比,DEHCH增塑的PVC吸收速度较快,断裂伸长率、雾度、耐迁移性能及耐低温性能方面均较好,而热稳定性、透光率和拉伸强度等均较差.与DEHP增塑剂相比,DEHCH增塑剂的力学性能、热稳定性能及耐低温性能均较好,而其光学性能、耐迁移性能均较差.其中,DEHCH增塑PVC制品的力学性能最佳,断裂伸长率可达401.79%,热稳定性能、低溶出性能及耐低温性能均较好.
Abstract
Di(2-ethylhexyl)-1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylate(DEHCH)was selected to compare with the Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plasticized by di(2-isononyl)-1,2-cyclohexane dicarboxylate(DINCH)and diethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP)with similar plasticizing effect at present in the mechanical properties,optical properties,thermal stability,solvent extraction resistance and low temperature performance.The results showed that compared with DINCH plasticizer,DEHCH-plasticized PVC absorbed faster,and its elongation at break,haze,solvent extraction resistance and low temperature resistance were better than those of DINCH-plasticized PVC.The thermal stability,transmittance and tensile strength of DEHCH-plasticized PVC were slightly worse than those of DINCH-plasticized PVC.Compared with DEHP plasticizer,DEHCH-plasticized PVC was superior to DEHP-plasticized PVC in mechanical properties,thermal stability and low temperature resistance,but inferior to DEHP-plasticized PVC in optical properties and solvent extraction resistance.The mechanical properties of DEHCH-plasticized PVC was the best,with elongation at break of 401.79%,and the thermal stability,solvent extraction resistance and low temperature performance were better.
