摘要

利用多巴胺氧化自聚合将炭黑粘附到废纸纤维表面,制备了炭黑/废纸柔性导电纤维,分析了炭黑含量对纤维导电性能的影响,然后,将该导电纤维与聚丙烯熔融共混制备复合材料,分析了导电纤维添加量对复合材料导电和力学性能的影响.结果表明,聚多巴胺将炭黑均匀粘附在废纸纤维表面,纤维的电阻率随着炭黑含量增加而逐渐降低,当炭黑含量为15%时,废纸纤维的电阻率log ρ下降至2.16 Ω·cm.柔性导电纤维能更好地控制聚丙烯复合材料电导率降低幅度,当纤维添加量为15%(炭黑含量为2.27%)时,复合材料的表面电阻率为3.71 × 1010 Ω,体积电阻率为2.45 × 1011 Ω·cm,能达到抗静电级别.此时,复合材料的弹性模量和拉伸强度分别为565.65和17.01 MPa,模量提高了1.07%,但强度降低了32.82%.

Abstract

The conductive carbon black/waste paper fibers were prepared by polydopamine oxidation self-polymerization process adhering carbon black onto waste paper fiber surface.The effect of carbon black content on fiber electrical conductivity was analyzed.Then these fibers were blended with polypropylene to prepare an antistatic polymer composite.The effects of conductive fibers content on antistatic properties and mechanical properties of polypropylene composites were also analyzed.The results showed that carbon black was uniformly adhered on the surface of paper fibers by polydopamine.As carbon black content increased,the fiber resistance decreased.When the carbon black content increased to 15%,the volume resistance logp decreased to 2.16 Ω·cm.This conductive fiber could well control the conductivity decreases.When the fiber content increased to 15%(carbon black content is 2.27%),the composite surface resistivity decreased to 3.71 × 1010 Ω and its volume resistivity decreased to 2.45 × 1011 Ω·cm,which reached to antistatic level.Currently,the composite elastic modulus and tensile strength were 565.65 and 17.01 MPa,respectively.The elastic modulus increased of 1.07%but tensile strength decreased of 32.82%.
