摘要

制备了不同拉伸倍数的双向同步拉伸聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)降解膜,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、正电子湮没寿命谱仪(PALS)、透水仪和万能材料试验机研究了双向拉伸倍数对其结晶行为、自由体积、阻隔性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,双向同步拉伸后,PBAT薄膜存在微弱应力诱导结晶和结晶不完善晶体的破裂;自由体积尺寸基本不变,自由体积分数随着自由体积孔数成正比,当开始拉伸倍数为1.5 × 1.5时,体积分数下降显著,从3.10%减少至2.95%;当拉伸倍数为3.5 ×3.5时,自由体积分数缓慢减少至2.85%;另外,有效地提高了水蒸气阻隔性能和力学性能,PBAT薄膜的水蒸气透过系数降低为未拉伸薄膜的15%,力学性能约提高了120%;且自由体积分数与水蒸气透过系数成正相关.

Abstract

Biaxially oriented polyadipic acid/butylene terephthalate(PBAT)degradation films with different tensile ratios were prepared,and the effects of biaxially oriented ratio on crystallization behavior,free volume,barrier properties and mechanical properties of biaxially stretched PBAT film were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),positron annihilation life spectrometer(PALS),permeability meter and universal material testing machine.The results showed that after biaxially synchronous stretching,there was a weak stress-induced crystallization and cracking of imperfect crystals in the PBAT film.The free volume size was basically the same,the free volume fraction was proportional to the number of free volume holes,and the starting stretch ratio was 1.5 x 1.5,the volume fraction decreased significantly from 3.10%to 2.95%,and then increased to 3.5 x 3.5,the free volume fraction slowly reduces to 2.85%.At the same time,the water vapor barrier properties and mechanical properties are effectively improved,the water vapor transmission coefficient of PBAT film was reduced to 15%of the unstretched film,and the mechanical properties were increased by about 120%.The free volume fraction and water vapor transmission coefficient were positively correlated.
