以1,4-丁二酸(SA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、1,2-环己二醇(CHD)为原料,通过改变BDO与CHD投料比,采用熔融缩聚法制备了一系列的CHD改性聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)共聚酯.采用1 H-NMR表征了共聚酯的化学结构,并且,分析了CHD占主链二醇含量对共聚物分子量及其分子量分布、熔融和结晶性能、热稳定性能、拉伸性能及脂肪酶降解性能的影响.结果表明,随着CHD含量的增加,共聚酯的数均分子量从7.45 × 104下降至4.75 × 104,由结晶度48.5%的半晶态转变为无定形态,热分解损失为质量5%时,温度降低了26.7℃,拉伸强度由38.2 MPa降低至14.9 MPa,但脂肪酶降解性能显著提高.PBS主链引入适量CHD后,可以有效地调控PBS的结晶度及柔顺性,提高了PBS在非堆肥条件下的降解速度.
Abstract
A series of modified poly(butylene succinate)(PBS)random copolyesters that were composed of 1,4-succinic acid(SA),1,4-butylene glycol(BDO)and 1,2-cyclohexanediol(CHD)were prepared by melting polycondensation through adjusting the ratios of BDO and CHD.The chemical structures of these modified copolyesters were characterized by 1H-NMR and the effects of CHD content on their molecular weight and distribution,melting and crystallization properties,thermal stability,tensile properties and lipase degradation performance were investigated.The results showed that the molecular weight of these modified copolyesters had significantly decreased from 7.45 × 104 to 4.75 x 104 with the increased CHD content,which meanwhile had turned the 48.5%semi-crystallinity structure into amorphase state,lowered the thermal decomposition temperature for 5%weight loss down to 26.7 ℃ and impaired the tensile strength from 38.2 MPa to 14.9 MPa.But increasing CHD ratio could favorably improve the lipase degradation performance to the corresponding copolyesters.By introducing a certain amount of CHD segment into PBS main chain,the crystallinity and flexibility of PBS had been effectively regulated,which favorably increased the degradation rate of PBS under non-compost conditions.
