Firstly, poly(itaconic acid-co-butanediol)(PBI)and low molecular weight poly(L-lactic acid)(OLLA)were synthesized, and they were mixed for polycondensation to obtain poly(L-lactic acid-co-itaconic acid-co-butanediol)(PLBI).Secondly,a photoactive tannic acid(pTA)with double bonds wasprepared by the ring-opening reaction of tannic acid(TA)and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA).Finally,a series of antibacterial PLBI-pTA films were prepared by grafting on the surface under ultraviolet irradiation, and chemical structure, thermal properties, mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity and antibacterial properties of the films were tested. The results showed that after grafting pTA,the glass transition temperature and crystallinity of the films decreased, and the elongation at break of the films increased,up to 328.1%,which made the PLBI-pTA films had good ductility. The water contact angle of the films decreased from 72.20° to 30.47°,and the hydrophilicity of the films surface increased. And with the increase of pTA content, the sterilization rate of the films to E.coli increased continuously, reaching 86%at the highest.
