摘要

以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体树脂、4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)为发泡剂、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(MLLDPE)为改性剂,采用化学发泡法和辐照交联技术制备一系列LDPE/MLLDPE发泡材料.研究不同MLLDPE含量对LDPE/MLLDPE复合材料的熔体流动速率、热性能、发泡行为及力学性能的影响.结果表明,MLLDPE能提高LDPE/MLLDPE复合体系的结晶度,降低其熔体流动 速率.随着MLLDPE含量的增加,LDPE/MLLDPE复合发泡材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而断裂伸长率、回弹率逐渐提高.当MLLDPE含量为15份时,LDPE/MLLDPE复合发泡材料的表观密度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形量分别提高 了 6.8%、24.4%、11.4%和 24.2%.当辐照剂量为 80 kGy、LDPE∶MLLDPE=85∶15 时,LDPE/MLLDPE复合发泡材料的力学性能和泡孔结构更佳,满足胶带型片材的综合性能要求.

Abstract

Low density polyethylene(LDPE)was used as the matrix,4,4'-oxydibenzenesulfonyl hydrazide(OBSH)was used as foaming agent,and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene(MLLDPE)was used as the modifying agent.The series of LDPE/MLLDPE foaming materials were prepared by using the irradiation cross-linking technology.The effects of the content of MLLDPE on the process flow,thermal and foaming behavior and mechanical properties of the LDPE/MLLDPE composite systems were investigated.The result showed that the introduction of MLLDPE could improve the crystallinity of LDPE/MLLDPE composite system and reduce the melt flow rate.With an increase of MLLDPE content,the tensile strength,tearing strength and compressive permanent deformation of LDPE/MLLDPE composite foaming material increased first and then decreased,while the elongation at break and resilience rate increased gradually.When the amount of MLLDPE reached 15 phr,the apparent density,tensile strength,tear strength and the permanent compression of LDPE/MLLDPE composite foaming material increased by 6.8%,24.4%,11.4%and 24.2%,respectively.When the irradiation dose was 80 kGy,LDPE∶MLLDPE=85∶15,the mechanical properties of LDPE/MLLDPE foamed materials could be better and the cell structure could be also even.
