Because grapes were susceptible to powdery mildew,downy mildew and other diseases.They were often sprayed with lime sulphur.Lime sulfur was acidic when used,which was easy to passivate and inactivate the basic hindered amine light stabilizer(HALS)in the grape greenhouse film.As a result,the greenhouse film was damaged in advance.Because it failed to achieve the expected effect.Grape greenhouse film was prepared by adding pesticide-resistant HALS.Field tracking experiments were carried out in Xichang and Kunming Jianshui.By comprehensive analysis of the residual amount of S and Cl and the mechanical retention rate of the sample,the highest residues of S and Cl were 1 112 × 10-6 and 109 × 10-6 respectively after 1.5 years in Xichang.N2R and NOR HALS had more acid resistance than the traditional N-H structure HALS.NOR HALS was better than N2R.In addition,the effect of HALS compounding was better than that of a single component.After 1.5 years in Xichang,the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength retention rates of 1 # were 83.8%and 70.2%,and the fracture elongation retention rates were 108.3%and 96.6%respectively.Hydrotalc had the advantage of acid absorption and more cost-effective.After 1.5 years in Xichang,the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength retention rates of 8 # were 63.3%and 68.3%,and the fracture elongation retention rates were 84.9%and 101.3%respectively.
