摘要

通过熔融挤出反应制备了聚烯烃接枝马来酸酐相容剂,以聚丙烯为基体,利用正交实验,研究了马来酸酐(MAH)含量、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量、苯乙烯(St)含量以及聚乙烯(PE)含量对接枝率的影响,并将自制的相容剂用于玻纤增强聚丙烯(GF/PP)复合材料,对力学性能和断面形貌进行了测试分析.结果表明,傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)显示,MAH、苯乙烯成功接枝到PP/PE上;加入苯乙烯后,接枝率明显提升;4种因素对接枝率的影响顺序为苯乙烯>PE>MAH>DCP,最佳配方为MAH含量为5%、DCP含量为0.2%、苯乙烯含量为5%、PE含量为10%;自制相容剂对GF/PP增容效果较好,力学性能显著提升.

Abstract

Polyolefin graft maleic anhydride compatibilizer was prepared via melt reaction in a twin-screw extruder.When polypropylene as matrix,the influences of the amount of MAH,DCP,St,PE on the grafting rate were investigated,and the formula were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The self-made compatibilizer was used in GF/PP composite,and the mechanical properties and section morphology were tested and analyzed.FTIR analysis showed that MAH,St was successfully grafted onto PP/PE.The addition of St increased the grafting rate obviously.The order of influence of the four factors on the grafting rate was St>PE>MAH>DCP.The optimum formula were as below:MAH dosage 5%,DCP dosage 5%,St dosage 5%,PE dosage 10%.Self made compatibilizer had a good compatibilization effect on GF/PP,made the mechanical properties of GF/PP significantly improved.
