摘要

采用熔融缩聚法,以1,4-丁二醇、己二酸和辛二酸为原料,合成了聚己二酸丁二醇酯、聚辛二酸丁二醇酯和系列聚(己二酸丁二醇酯-co-辛二酸丁二醇酯)共聚酯,并对材料性能进行了分子结构、结晶性,热性能和降解性能等方面的研究.研究表明,不同比例己二酸、辛二酸和1,4-丁二醇共聚后,提高了聚己二酸丁二醇酯的热稳定性,改善了聚辛二酸丁二醇酯的生物降解性能.部分辛二酸单元取代己二酸后,提高了聚酯的结晶性能、热稳定性能、酶降解性能,降低聚酯的熔点.当己二酸与辛二酸比例为30∶70时,与PBA相比,其热稳定性提高了27 ℃;与PBSub相比,完全降解时间缩短了 20 h.

Abstract

Polybutylene adipate,polybutylene suberate and serious of poly(butylene succinate-co-suberic acid)copolyesters were synthesized using 1,4-butanediol and different proportions of adipic acid and suberic acid as raw materials by melt polycondensation.The molecular structure,thermal properties,crystallization properties and degradation properties of polyesters were characterized.The results showed the stability of polybutylene adipate and degradation of polybutylene suberate increased after copolymerization of adipic acid,suberic acid and 1,4-butanediol in different proportions.After the adipic acid was replaced by some adipic acid units,the crystallinity,thermal stability and enzymatic degradation of polyester were improved,and the melting point of polyester was reduced.When the ratio of adipic acid to suberic acid was 30∶70,the thermal stability was improved by 27 ℃ compared with PBA,and the complete degradation time was shortened by 20 h compared with PBSub.
