采用不同含量的硅烷偶联剂KH550对沙柳进行硅烷化改性处理,利用模压成型工艺制备沙柳/聚乳酸复合材料,分析偶联剂含量对复合材料的力学及其尺寸稳定性的影响.结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH550的添加能够提升复合材料的界面相容性,当偶联剂含量为3%时,复合材料的弯曲强度、弹性模量及拉伸强度分别达到最大值39.8、2 920、25.6 MPa;当偶联剂含量为2%时,抗冲击强度达到最大,其值为17.9 kJ/m2.复合材料的吸湿规律符合Fick扩散定律,吸湿阶段分为极速期、缓增区和平台期;当偶联剂含量为3%时,复合材料具有较好的常温耐水性和尺寸稳定性,其48 h饱和吸水率、24 h TS、48 h TS分别为3.01%、0.28%、0.37%.
Abstract
In order to improve the interface characteristics of salix and polylactic acid(PLA),silane coupling agent KH550 with different mass fraction was used to silane modify salix,and Salix/PLA composite was prepared by molding process.The influence of coupling agent amount on the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of composite materials was analyzed.The results showed that the addition of silane coupling agent KH550 improved the interfacial compatibility of Salix/PLA composite.The bending strength,elastic modulus and tensile strength of the composite reached the optimum value of 39.8、2 920 and 25.6 MPa when the coupling agent content was 3%,and the impact strength reached the optimum value of 17.9 kJ/m2 when the coupling agent content was 2%.The hygroscopic law of the composite conforms to the Fick diffusion law,and the hygroscopic stage was divided into a rapid period,a slowly increasing area and a plateau period;When the amount of coupling agent was 3%,the composite had good room temperature water resistance and dimensional stability,and its 48 h saturated water absorption,24 h TS and 48 h TS were 3.01%,0.28%and 0.37%respectively.
