摘要

采用直接酯化和熔融缩聚法合成了聚(丁二酸丁二醇酯-co-丁二酸-1,5-戊二醇酯)(PBST),将其与PBS树脂熔融共混制备了生物可降解PBS/PBST共混物,系统地研究了 PBST对PBS共混物力学性能、结晶性能及微观形态的影响.采用FTIR及1H-NMR测试得到PBST的化学结构.随着PBST含量的增加,PBS共混物的冲击强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,当其含量为5%时,共混物的冲击强度为71 J/m,提升了 51.1%.PBST具有成核作用,与纯PBS相比,PBS共混物的结晶温度提高了 13.6%,结晶度下降了 12.5%.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明,样品冲击缺口断面存在应力发白现象,证明材料的韧性得到改善.

Abstract

Poly(butanediol succinate-co-1,5-pentanediol succinate)(PBST)was synthesized by direct esterification and melt polycondensation,and biodegradable PBS/PBST blends were prepared by melt blending with PBST and PBS resin.The influence of PBST on the mechanical properties,crystallization behavior,and morphology of PBS blends were systematically investigated and discussed.The results showed that the chemical structure of PBST was confirmed by FTIR and 1H-NMR.With the increasing of PBST amount,the impact strength of PBS blends first raised and then declined,and when PBST amount was the value of 5%,the impact strength reached 71 J/m,improved by 51.1%.It was indicated that the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of the PBS blends rose by 13.6%and declined by 12.5%respectively compared with that of pure PBS,which was caused by the fact that PBST played the role of nucleation.SEM revealed the toughness of PBS blends was enhanced by the presence of stress whitening in the impact notched section of the samples.
