摘要

为了防止汽车保险杠变形,对其结构进行了分析,其成型模具采用热流道浇注系统.对于产品两端向内翻边的结构,设计了"油缸+滑块"的脱模机构;对于产品侧面的4个小孔,为了消除产品上产生的滑块轮廓线,采用定模滑块机构脱模;为了降低动模型芯的高度,将产品的两端伸入到动模板中,在动模板中成型;根据定、动模的结构,设计了多种冷却水路;车灯装配位为一个封闭区域,空气不能通过排气槽排到模具以外,在定模板的车灯分型面位置开设排气孔,通过排气孔将空气排出;为了防止顶杆破坏产品,对于产品内表面起伏较大的位置,采用顶块结构;为了方便拆装顶杆,取消顶杆固定板,用螺栓将沿轴线方向顶杆固定在推板上.

Abstract

In order to prevent product deformation,the structure of automobile front bumper was analyzed,the molding mold adoptsed hot runner pouring system.Aiming at the flanging position at both ends of the product,the demoulding mechanism of the cylinder+slider was designed;For the 4 holes on the side of the product,in order to eliminate the slider outline left on the product,the fixed mould slider was used for demoulding;In order to reduce the height of the moving model core,the two ends of the product were extended into the moving template,forming in the moving template;According to the structure of fixed mold and moving mold,design a variety of cooling waterways;Aiming at the problem that the assembly area of the lamp was a closed area and the air could not be discharged to the mold through the exhaust groove,the exhaust hole was set in the position of the parting surface of the lamp in the fixed template,and the air was discharged through the exhaust hole.In order to prevent the push rod top rotten products,for the product surface fluctuation larger position,using the top block ejecting structure;In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the ejector rod,cancel the fixing plate of the ejector rod,fasten the ejector rod to the push plate with bolts.
