摘要

结合某新款窗帘环式挂链6种组合状态塑件的注射成型要求,基于模内组装设计方法,设计了一副多功能三板注射模具,用作该环式挂链6种组装态产品的注射成型.模具中,模腔由6个独立的单环模腔构成,并且,两环之间的空腔形成90°垂直交叉型环套环状态,有利于通过对各独立模腔浇口的开闭控制,满足6种组装状态组装环挂链的生产要求.为实现对6个模腔浇口的独立开闭控制,设计了一种插板式浇口开闭控制机构,机构由6根插板、1个插座及1个压块组成,用6个螺丝对插板的停留位置进行锁紧.模具能满足单环、2环、3环、4环、5环、6环,共6种组装态的模内直接组装生产要求,具有较好的设计参考价值.

Abstract

Based on the design of a multifunctional injection mold for a new type of curtain hanging chain,a multifunctional three plate injection mold was innovatively designed based on the method of in mold assembly to meet the injection molding requirements of six combined states of plastic parts.This mold was used for the injection production of six assembled states of the ring hanging chain.In the mold,the mold cavity was composed of six independent single ring mold cavities,and the cavities between the two rings form a 90° vertical cross shaped ring sleeve ring state.This could achieve the production requirements of assembling ring chains in six assembly states by controlling the opening and closing of the gates of each independent mold cavity.To achieve independent opening and closing control of 6 mold cavity gates,a plug type gate opening and closing control mechanism was designed.The mechanism consists of 6 plug plates,1 socket,and 1 pressure block,and 6 screws were used to lock the stop position of the plug plate.The mold could achieve a total of 6 assembly states of single ring,2 ring,3 ring,4 ring,5 ring,and 6 ring for direct assembly production in the mold,which had good design reference value.
