On the basis of flat plate hot stamping technology,the process was optimized,the stainless steel screen was used as a mold,and the polypropylene(PP)film was used as the substrate,and the surface was imprinted by hot roller imprinting by the control variable method,the surface was modified by hydrophobic silica(SiO2)microspheres,finally a film with a superhydrophobic surface was prepared,and the durability of the sample was also tested.The experiment summarized suitable rolling process parameters:rolling temperature of 170 ℃,rolling pressure of 10 MPa,and rolling wheel speed of 2.0~2.2 r/min.The results showed that the secondary composite microstructure with good hydrophobic effect could be continuously constructed on the surface of the PP film,and the durability of the film was greatly improved by the SiO2 microspheres embedded on the surface,the specific contact angle was 154° and the rolling angle was 1°.The innovation of the experiment was that the hot pressing process had been optimized,the hot roller imprinting method was adopted,and the use of SiO2hydrophobic microspheres was proposed to modify the film surface,which greatly enhanced the durability and mechanical stability of the film surface.
