摘要

浇注系统设计对模具结构与塑件的成型质量具有重要影响.结合卫浴端盖塑件,设计了 3种不同的浇注系统方案,并利用Moldflow软件进行了浇口匹配性分析以及冷却、填充、保压和翘曲等方面的分析.结果表明,这3种浇注系统方案均能够使塑胶熔体平衡地填充整个腔体,形成完整的塑件.此外,3种方案所产生的翘曲变形量都相对较小且数值趋近一致.方案3中,塑件内均不可避免地出现熔接痕.但在方案1、2中,塑件内部存在较长连续的熔接线,并且,在关键位置(分流孔隔板)中心出现环形熔接线;上述熔接痕将会对塑件质量性能造成严重不良影响.基于以上分析结果,选择方案3进行了生产验证,得到了品质合格的塑件.

Abstract

The design of gating system had an important influence on the mold structure and the molding quality of plastic parts.Three different gating system schemes were designed for the bathroom end cover plastic parts,the matching of gate,and processes of(cool+fill+hold+warp)were analyzed by using Moldflow software.The results indicated that each scheme could make the plastic melt filled the whole cavity in a balanced way to form a complete plastic parts.In addition,the warping deformation of each schemes was relatively small and similar.Weld lines was inevitably found distributed in each scheme.However,a long continuous weld line inside the plastic part,and a ring weld line in the center of the key position(divider hole separator)were appeared in both scheme 1 and 2.That two weld lines had a serious adverse effect on the quality and performance of plastic parts.Based on the CAE analysis results,scheme 3 was selected for production verification,the plastic parts with qualified quality were obtained.
