摘要

利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)与水性聚氨酯(WBPU)复合液制备复合膜及涂层非织造织物,并且,对复合膜及涂层织物的物化性能进行表征.结果表明,PVA与WBPU复合液的粒径随着PVA含量的增加而增大,粒径分布系数小于0.3,表现为分布均一,相容性较好;复合膜表面有尺寸、深度均不同的孔穴,随着PVA含量的增加,孔穴变深,孔径减小,其中,当PVA含量为50%~70%时,膜的微观形貌较好;复合膜的热失重性能及耐水性能随着PVA含量的增加而降低,水溶性随着PVA含量的增加而提高;涂层织物的断裂强力随着PVA含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,随着水洗次数增加而逐渐下降.涂层织物对Pb(Ⅱ)离子最佳吸附条件为温度50 ℃、pH=6、吸附时间为5 h,吸附量随着循环次数的增加而降低,当循环4次时,吸附量为初始值的41.31%.当控制PVA与WBPU复合质量比为50∶50时,其复合液涂层织物对Pb(Ⅱ)离子具有较好的吸附性能及重复利用价值.

Abstract

The composite film and coated nonwoven fabric were prepared by the composite liquid of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and waterborne polyurethane(WBPU),and the physicochemical properties of the composite film and coated fabric were characterized.The results showed that the particle size of PVA and WBPU composite liquid were both increased with the increasing of PVA content,and the particle size distribution coefficient was less than 0.3,that was indicated uniform distribution and good compatibility of PVA and WBPU composite liquid.With the increase of PVA content,the pores became deeper and the pore size became smaller.The microstructure of the composite film with PVA content of 50%~70%was the best.The thermogravimetric performance and water resistance of the composite film were all decreased with the increasing of PVA content,and the water solubility was increased with the increasing of PVA content.With the increasing of PVA content,the breaking strength of the coated fabric was increased initially and then decreased,which was continued to decrease with the increasing of washing times.The optimal adsorption conditions for Pb(Ⅱ)ions were temperature 50℃,pH=6 and adsorption time 5 h.The adsorption capacity was decreased with the increasing of the number of cycles,and the adsorption capacity was 41.31%of the initial value when the cycle was 4 times.The comprehensive analysis showed that the properties of adsorption and reuse value for Pb(Ⅱ)ions were better when the composite mass ratio of PVA and WBPU was properly controlled at 50∶50.
