摘要

采用微球发泡剂,以模压发泡法制备了酚醛树脂(PF)发泡材料,利用密炼机对原料进行混合,利用聚烯烃弹性体(POE)对材料进行增韧,利用石英、云母、高岭土等填料对材料进行改性.研究了增韧剂POE含量、填料种类和含量对酚醛树脂发泡材料性能的影响.结果表明,POE含量与酚醛树脂相同,同时采用DCP对POE进行交联,更有利于提高材料的性能.3种填料中,高岭土有利于提高材料的断裂伸长率,降低材料的密度.与添加3份石英相比,在PF中添加5份石英更有利于降低发泡材料的密度,提高其力学性能.较优的配方为PF 50份+POE 50份+云母5份/高岭土 5份/石英5份+DCP 0.3份+抗氧剂0.1份,发泡工艺为,将酚醛树脂、POE、填料、抗氧剂等密炼4 min后,加入发泡剂、交联剂DCP继续密炼1 min,密炼温度为90 ℃、平板硫化机发泡温度为180 ℃、发泡时间为15 min.对应泡沫材料的平均泡孔尺寸为219.7~299.1 μm、密度为0.31~0.44 g/cm3、拉伸强度为1.52~2.05 MPa、断裂伸长率为54%~85%、邵氏硬度为84~89.

Abstract

The phenolic resin(PF)foam was prepared by mirosphere foaming agent with molding method.The raw materials were blended by banbury mixer,the PF material was toughened by polyolefin elastomer(POE),and was modified by the inorganic fillers such as quartz,mica and kaolin.The influence of amount of POE as well as the fillers on the performance of the PF material were investigated.The experimental results showed the amount of POE should be equal to that of PF,and Dicumyl Peroxide(DCP)should be used to crosslink POE.Among the three fillers,kaolin was helpful to improve the elongation at break and decline the density of PF foam.5%quartz rather than 3%was good to decline the density,and increase the mechanical performances of the foam.The recommended formulation was PF 50+POE 50+mica 5/kaolin 5/quartz 5+DCP 0.3+antioxygen 0.1.The foaming processing was as follows:mixing the PF,POE,the filler and antioxygen for 4 min in banbury mixer,then mixing another 1min after adding the foaming agent and DCP.The mixing temperature was 90 ℃.Then the samples was foamed on vulcanizing press at 180 ℃ for 15 min.The average size of the foam cells was 219.7~299.1 μm.The density of the foam was 0.31~0.44 g/cm3,the tensile strength was 1.52~2.05 MPa,the elongation at break was 54%~85%,the Shore hardness was 84~89.
