摘要

为研究热封刀表面纹理高度差对多层复合膜热封强度的影响,以3层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚乙烯(PET/PE)复合膜为热封对象,以热封刀表面梯形纹理为例,通过热传导理论计算及仿真试验分析了热封刀表面梯形纹理高度差对复合膜热封合界面温度分布的影响.基于此,研究了热封刀表面梯形纹理高度差、复合膜热封强度、薄膜粘接强度三者之间的关系.通过复合膜热封强度测试,证明了热封刀表面梯形纹理高度差与复合膜热封强度关系的正确性.结果表明,当热封刀表面梯形纹理高度差在0~0.09 mm范围内,与3层PET/PE复合膜的热封强度呈正相关,超过该范围时,热封刀表面梯形纹理高度差与复合膜热封强度呈负相关.

Abstract

In order to explore the influence mechanism of the surface texture height difference of the heat sealing knife on the heat sealing strength of the multilayer composite film.Three-layer PET/PE composite membrane was used as the heat sealing object,took the trapezoidal texture on the surface of heat sealing knife as an example,the influence of trapezoidal texture height difference of heat sealing knife surface on the temperature distribution of composite film heat sealing interface was analyzed by heat conduction theory calculation and simulation test.Based on this,the relationship between the trapezoidal texture height difference on the surface of the heat sealing knife,the heat sealing strength of the composite film and the adhesive force of film was explored;Finally,the correctness of the influence of the trapezoidal texture height difference on the heat sealing strength of the composite film was verified by the heat sealing strength test of the composite film.The results showed that for the three-layer PET/PE composite film,the trapezoidal texture height difference on the surface of the heat sealing knife was positively correlated with the heat sealing strength of the composite film in the range of 0~0.09 mm.Beyond this range,the trapezoidal texture height difference on the surface of the heat sealing knife was negatively correlated with the heat sealing strength of the composite film.
