本文采用钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,合成了由间苯二甲酸、苯酐、癸二酸、乙二醇、新戊二醇组成的一系列聚酯.考察了不同醇酸比对酸值的影响,通过1H-NMR和FT-IR表征了聚酯,初步探讨了酸值,不同多元酸和多元醇的种类聚酯,耐水解剂,环氧树脂对胶粘剂耐高温高湿的影响.
Systhesis and Characterization of High Temperature and Humidity Resistant Polyester
In this paper,a series of polyester composed of isophthalic acid,phthalic anhydride,sebacic acid,ethylene glycol,and neopentyl glycol were synthesized,used tetrabutyl titanate as a catalyst.The effect of different alcohol-acid ratios on acid value was investigated,polyester was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR,acid value,types of polyesters with different polybasic acids and polyols,hydrolysis-resistant agents,and epoxy resins on adhesives were discussed resistant to the effects of high temperature and humidity.
