摘要
采用气相色谱法建立一种测定包装用塑料复合膜袋中13种有机溶剂残留量的分析检测方法.方法选用Rtx-5石英毛细管柱(50m×0.32 mm,0.5 μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器FID,13种有机溶剂在15 min内分离良好.该方法在0.03~0.6 mg/m2(3-甲基戊烷范围为0.015~0.3 mg/m2)范围内线性关系良好,13种目标物的相关系数均大于0.998,检出限范围为0.001~0.005 mg/m2,7次测定相对标准偏差在1.04%~7.55%,样品加标回收率范围为95.4%~114.2%.测定了 6种塑料包装材料中的有机溶剂残留量,方法快速、准确、再现性好,完全能满足塑料复合膜袋中13种溶剂残留量的测定.
Abstract
An analytical method for the determination of 13 kinds of organic solvent residues in plastic laminated films and pouches for packaging by gas chromatography was established.The Rtx-5 capillary column(50 m×0.32 mm,0.5 μm)and hydrogen flame ionization detector were selected,13 kinds of organic solvents were separated from each other well within 15 min.The method has the good linearity in the range of 0.03~0.6 mg/m2(3-methylpentane is in the range of 0.015~0.3 mg/m2)(r>0.998),the limits of detection are 0.001~0.005 mg/m2,RSD(n=7)are in the range of 1.04%~7.55%and the recoveries are 95.4%~110.1%.During the experiments,the organic solvent residues in 6 kinds of plastic packaging materials were analyzed.This is a fast and accurate way with good reproducibility and can fully meet the determining of 13 kinds of organic solvent residues in plastic laminated films and pouches for packaging.
