高密度聚乙烯耐环境应力开裂性能研究进展

耐环境应力开裂性能(ESCR)是评价高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)综合性能的一项重要指标.本文介绍了HDPE受环境应力开裂(ESC)的形成机理,分析了ESCR的影响因素,包括HDPE分子链结构、凝聚态结构、成型与使用环境等要素.针对分析结果,文中综述了国内外近年来通过原料品质提升、物理共混改性、化学交联改性、成型工艺优化等途径,以提升系带分子缠结密度和细化晶粒尺寸,改善HDPE制品ESCR性能的方案.
Research progress on environmental stress cracking resistance of high-density polyethylene
Environmental stress cracking resistance(ESCR)is an important index to evaluate the comprehensive performance of high-density polyethylene(HDPE).In this paper,the formation mechanism of HDPE subjected to environmental stress cracking(ESC)was introduced,and the influencing factors of ESCR were analyzed,including the molecular chain structure,condensed state structure,forming and using environment of HDPE.Based on the analysis results,we reviewed the methods of improving the entanglement density of tied molecules and refining grain size by improving raw material quality,physical blending modification,chemical crosslinking modification and forming process optimization in recent years,so as to improve the ESCR properties of HDPE products.
