The Effect of Dispersants on the Comprehensive Properties of PP/POE/Talc Powder Composites
PP/POE/talc/dispersant composites were prepared using twin-screw extrusion mechanism.Flowability,mechanical properties,and thermal properties of the composites were characterized,influence of dispersants on different melt flow rate systems was explored,and the types,contents,and compounding ratio of dispersants in the composite system were optimized.The results show that dispersant TAS-2A can improve the flowability and mechanical properties while reducing the heat deflection temperature;The mechanical performance improvement of YY-5023 is not significant,but it can significantly increase the material's heat deflection temperature;The optimal addition amounts for TAS-2A and YY-5203 are 2% and 0.25%,respectively,and their combination has a synergistic effect.
