聚乙烯树脂中挥发性有机物精准评价方法研究

建立了顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定聚乙烯(PE)树脂中挥发性有机物(VOCs)定性定量的分析方法,对色谱柱种类、顶空平衡时间、顶空平衡温度、样品质量进行优化.实验结果表明,选择非极性柱、顶空平衡温度 120℃、顶空平衡时间 60min及PE树脂 1g可较好满足评价方法要求;PE树脂中高含量的挥发性物质是C8~C14 的烷烃及少量烯烃,利用标准曲线测定三种聚乙烯粒料中挥发性烃类含量为 1.55、12.25、10.12 g/g.
Study on accurate evaluation of volatile organic compounds from poly-ethylene resin
This paper focused on evaluating the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)both qualitatively and quantitatively from poly-ethylene qualitatively with Headspace-Gas chromatography-Mass spectrum(HS-GC-MS).The type of column,balance time of HS,heating temperature and amount of sample is further studied and optimized for getting reliable data.It is found that heating 1 gram of poly-ethylene under 120℃for 60 minutes and further separating and analyzing using non-polar column could meet the requirement.Furthermore,the main components of VOCs from poly-ethylene are alkane with 8 to 14 carbon atoms,while minor alkene could still be found.The total amount of volatile organic compounds(TVOC)of sample studied in this paper varied between 1.55 to 12.55 g/g characterizing with standard working curve method.
