本文通过对使用不同比例生物基聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEF)共混的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)进行性能改善,研究了 PEF对PET的力学性能、水蒸气透过率、氧气透过率和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的改善效果.力学性能表明:随着PEF含量的增加,PET的力学性能有一定程度增加;阻隔性测试表明,PEF对PET阻隔性能有着较明显的提升;玻璃化转变温度的测试结果表明:PEF较PET的玻璃化转变温度高,耐热性能好.另外使用电镜分析PEF和PET共混相容效果,表明两种材质有极好的相容性.
Analysis of the influence of different proportions of polyethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate(PEF)on the properties of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)
This paper improves polyethylene terephthalate(PET)blended with bio-based polyethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate(PEF)in different proportions.The improvement effect of PEF on the mechanical properties,water vapor transmission rate,oxygen transmission rate and glass transition temperature(Tg)of PET is studied.Mechanical properties show that with the increase of PEF content,the mechanical properties of PET increase to a certain extent.Barrier property tests show that PEF has a significant improvement on the barrier property of PET.The test results of glass transition temperature show that the glass transition temperature of PEF is higher than that of PET,and the heat resistance is good.In addition,electron microscopy is used to analyze the blending compatibility effect of PEF and PET,indicating that the two materials have excellent compatibility.
